Things have been hectic lately. I have been inundated with thirteenth century Asian drama and short story assignments, so my poor blog is taking a backseat.

Wow. One of the ads for this Brazilian yogurt campaign has just come to my attention. Granted, it’s about eight months after the fact, but this isn’t exactly a breaking news source.
If you are anything like me, you looked at that photo and thought to yourself: “wow, she looks fantastic.” I can think of a few men and women who would react the same way.
If you are anything like the ad-execs who created this, you would have thought: “Eww, she’s a pig. I can’t even see her pelvic bones or rib cage!”
Basically, if you are this woman’s size or larger, they want you to believe that you are repulsive and undesirable, so don’t bother trying to look sexy or even attractive. Not only that, but it implies that men are the reason behind every decision a woman makes. I beg to differ on both counts.
The text of the ad reads: “Forget about it. Men’s preference will never change. Fit Light Yogurt.”
I think that this woman looks voluptuous and stunning. Thoughts?
